biddz connects artists & fans like never before: with biddz, you canq now support your favorite artists by participating in music royalties and becoming part of unique artist experiences. By connecting you with your favorite artists and their fans in one community, biddz creates fair & transparent opportunities for artists to make a living while allowing them to maintain their independence and creative control.

Each biddz represents one ten-thousandth (or 0.01%) of a song's revenue on the relevant digital streaming platforms (e.g. Spotify, Amazon Music, Apple Music, TikTok, Youtube) for the duration of your deal. 1 biddz is our unit used to denote the smallest possible share of streaming revenue. Conveniently, we've named our platform the same!

On biddz you can distribute your releases to all major streaming platforms worldwide and still remain independent: Our distribution service is non-exclusive, meaning there is no contractual obligation for your subsequent releases. In addition, we offer you the possibility to sell shares of your streaming revenues to fans through a biddz fan deal on the platform. You can also enrich your biddz deal with further exclusive fan benefits and thus strengthen the fan-artist bond in your community. An overview of the streams & revenue your releases generate as well as the performance of your biddz deal is available in your dashboard. Get paid automatically on a monthly basis and get full transparency over your earnings!

After you have registered as an artist on our platform and have been verified by us, you have the possibility to publish your songs through our distibution partner(s) via our self-service. The fully automated process will help you submit all data correctly and ensure the fastest possible delivery to all popular stores (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.). After successful submission through our portal, you can optionally create a fan deal for your release to enjoy even greater fan engagement and other benefits.

During a fan deal, a song is divided into 10,000 biddz. These represent a 0.01% share of the streaming revenue of each release. Fans now have the opportunity to buy these shares and thus participate in the revenues. So you can profit from your music together and you get a fan advance, which gives you more artistic freedom through financial liquidity! You can use the income from the share sale to cover your costs such as production, content, promotion and marketing and to make your projects even more special. The amount of your potential fan advance depends on various parameters (e.g. streaming expectation, genre, exploitation time, etc.) and can be calculated using our deal calculator on the biddz platform. So you have full transparency. In addition to the shares, you can offer your biddz subscribers exclusive fan benefits.

During the fan deal setup you can define individual fan benefits. These are unlocked by the respective fan when a minimum number of biddz are purchased (e.g. 1+ biddz -> Gold; 10+ biddz -> Platinum; 100+ biddz -> Diamond). These benefits can strengthen overall fan-artist loyalty, provide special incentive for song share purchases, and provide the opportunity for particularly loyal supporters to have a personalized fan experience. Examples of fan benefits include access to bonus tracks, early access to pre-orders, BTS material on release, access to exclusive events, and much more!

Distribution: We do not charge any one-time or annual costs for uploading your songs. To cover our entire service, we pay you 85% of your earnings. biddz deal: You will automatically receive 95% of the income you have earned by selling your biddz after the end of your biddz deal. Creating the biddz deal does not cost you anything extra.

We are an open platform and would like to enable every artist to upload releases via our platform as well as to start a biddz deal. Therefore, we usually verify each artist who signs up with us after we have checked his/her information and determined that the information does not violate our criteria. These criteria include the following: 1. You have an existing artist project with which you have already gone public, i.e. you have already existing artist profiles on social media and/or the common streaming platforms. 2. The technical production of your music complies with the current quality standard of the streaming platforms, please also note our comments on the specs for your uploads. 3. The content of your music does not violate our guidelines (this is e.g. the case with discriminatory content of any kind). In addition, due to our time capacity, we may verify some artists but not be able to approve them for release upload and deal creation (for now). If this should be the case, we will inform the artist about it and activate him/her at a later time if necessary.
